General Policy

Sage IV & Aesthetics LLC (“Sage IV,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) strives to provide high-quality IV therapy and aesthetic services. Due to the nature of these services and associated medical, staffing, and preparation costs, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

By booking an appointment through our website or Aesthetic Record, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

IV Therapy & Aesthetic Services

All IV therapy and aesthetic treatments are non-refundable once rendered, including but not limited to:

  • IV infusions

  • Vitamin injections

  • Aesthetic treatments

  • Membership services once activated

Individual results may vary, and dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Deposits & Prepaid Appointments

Certain appointments may require a deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking through Aesthetic Record.

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits may be applied toward services if cancellation policies are followed

  • Failure to comply with cancellation or rescheduling requirements may result in forfeiture of deposits

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are presented at the time of booking through Aesthetic Record and may vary by service type.

Generally:

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the required notice period stated during booking

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or full service charge

Sage IV & Aesthetics LLC reserves the right to update cancellation policies at any time.

Medical Contraindications

If a licensed provider determines that a client is not medically eligible for a scheduled service at the time of appointment, the following may apply:

  • The appointment may be rescheduled

  • A credit may be issued at our discretion

  • No cash refunds are guaranteed

Medical clearance decisions are final and made in the best interest of client safety.

Memberships & Packages

Membership fees and bundled service packages are non-refundable once activated or partially used.

Unused services within a package may expire according to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Retail Products

Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within a limited time frame, at the sole discretion of Sage IV & Aesthetics LLC. Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds.

Promotional Offers & Gift Cards

  • Promotional services, discounts, and special offers are final sale

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Sage IV & Aesthetics LLC directly regarding billing questions before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Loss of future booking privileges

  • Collection efforts where applicable

Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved at our sole discretion:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary based on financial institutions

  • Third-party processing fees are non-refundable

Policy Changes

Sage IV & Aesthetics LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued booking or use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
